You guys might have heard about the House of Vans in the news as they hosted an extremely intimate Metallica gig during 18th November.
House of Vans are dedicated in providing a safe and creative space for skaters of all backgrounds to relax and skate to their heart’s content.
An amazing under-tunnel venue located close to Waterloo station that act as not only as a skateboard park but an art, music and cinema.
I was invited to their TO INFINITY AND BEYOND launch event which I was unfortunately unable to attend despite my excitement for this exhibition.
TO INFINITY AND BEYOND is an exhibition celebrating release of the Vans x Disney • Pixar Toy Story collaboration. They showcase Toy Story inspired Vans that I would gladly throw my money at along with a few cute and interactive displays.
Sadly, the claw machine was out-of-order. I guess it’s my fault for covering the exhibition on its last day (facepalm).
Feel free to check out the House of Vans! I am no skater. I can barely stand on a board without possibly dying. However, this is no doubt a brilliant venue with a laid-back and creative atmosphere that I would love revisit once they reopen on 26th January.
Until Next Time,
